The first floor is dedicated to guests, with both bedrooms offering tea & coffee making facilities and satellite TV. Room 1 is a large double room with the option to be a family or twin room with a North facing view.
Room 2 is a small double/singleoffering a west facing view of the Paps.

Both rooms offer private bathroom facilities. Adjacent to the bedrooms is the comfortable guest lounge/dining room with satellite TV & DVD and patio doors lead onto a balcony giving stunning south facing views of Small Isles Bay & Craighouse. (see our webcam)
